Kyle came from dewsbury westyorkshire, he came from abig lovely family, who love him dearly! Their is his mum tracey, 3sisters kayle, kade and poppie. Is grandma Jackie, who he lived with most of his youth, they is steve (BESTY) who was like adad to him, couisns chace, brodie and daisy etc..who know who you are, uncle dean and auntie donna..who iz very poorly, as i write this. A nd how can imiss little Kenzie, who kyle did'nt get chance to meet, she is his niece and thier is another baby on itz way..aboy we think, these are kyles sister kades children.

Kyle, suffered aseries of health problems, since having his aortic valve replaced at the age of nine, kyle died in dewsbury hospital's coronary care unit, the post mortem found that he died because a blood clot blocked the valve, and the death was put down to natural causes. Kyle went into hospital that week with neck pain, which had surfaced while on holiday in turkey that may, he was treated by a doctor at the apartments where we was staying before being admitted to alocal hospital.
He was treated there for 8days before he was allowed to fly home. On the day we returned home, went to dewsbury hospital for an over night stay, he was given pain killers and sent home for physio. Kyle then was taken to casualty at dewsbury with chest pain and was admitted on to the coronary care unit, this was the saturday, by sunday kyle was dead.
Kyles grandma jackie, claimed the doctors treated the symptoms but failed to findout the cause, they treated him as though they thought he was putting it on, they told kyle that he had a bad back or a pulled muscle. Jackie remonstrated with the doctors demanding they take his condition more seriously, when she visited kyle that sunday he was on all fours on the floor with abungle of bedclothes around him, crying and shaking, he said he was in agony all night, later that day, kyle was propped up in the chair trying to eat asandwhich, the staff nurses told kyle he couldn't have any pain killers unless he ate something, he had asandwhich in one hand and a sick bowl in the other. They also affored aspirin to gargle with, kyle was allergic to aspirin and wasnt allowed it while he was taking warfarin, but again they wouldn't listen! That sunday night his mum and gran got a call to get there quickly as kyle had collapsed. When they got there kyle was already dead..they handed kyles mum aleaflet about bereavement from age concern- kyle wasn't old he was just 19-and that was that.
Tracey house was full of friends and relatives and the community had rallied round to help, with more than 100 cards were displayed around the house. Local shops and businesses insisted on helping free of charge with funeral and other arrangements.
Ahorse drawn hearse, followed on foot by dozens of kyles friends and relatives, carried his coffin to st saviour's church,Ravensthorpe. Kyle his buried in dewsbury cemetary.
Kyle of Ravensthorpe, aformer pupil at Ravensthorpe junior school and castle hall, Mirfield. Kyle iz described as everyone's BEST FRIEND! He treated everyone with respect and touched everybody who knew him.
Kyles grief stricken family demanded an inquiry, and wrote to roger whittaker for an inquest, they was so many questions we wanted answering..3years on we get our inquest!
The coroner Mr Roger Whittaker, recoreded a natural causes virdict, said there was a slim chance kyle might have lived had he been transferred liked asked to leeds general infirmary. Staff failed to read kyles medical hotes properly or contact experts at the infirmary for advice. He also hoped that dewsbury hospital had devised new procedures for circumstances such as these.
Kyle is missed so truly by all, to this day kyle is in our conversations, even thought he isn't here phsically, he still makes us laugh with all the presious memories we hold in our hearts!
